Do you act as the Head Contractor?

Yes. We have the capability and management systems to act as the Principal Contractor, coordinating all civil works, subcontractors, and utility providers to deliver a turn-key solution for title generation.

Can you handle dewatering and high groundwater?

Yes. We are experienced in complex dewatering for deep drainage installation. We use well-point systems and sheet piling to maintain dry, safe excavations in challenging ground conditions.

Do you supply your own aggregates?

Yes. We own and operate quarries across the South Island, allowing us to source and supply premium certified aggregates for roading sub-bases and drainage bedding, reducing reliance on third-party suppliers.

How do you manage traffic around the site?

We have an in-house team of qualified STMS personnel who design and implement Traffic Management Plans (TMPs). This ensures safe access for construction vehicles while minimising disruption to local traffic and neighbouring residents.

What size developments can you handle?

We have the scale to deliver the South Island’s largest subdivisions. Our track record includes developments exceeding 600 lots with earthworks volumes over 400,000m³, but we also apply this same expertise to boutique subdivisions.
