Works Description
Engaged by Winton and Cook Brothers, this project delivers bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure for independent living units, a high-care facility, and wellness buildings. Works encompass 33,100m3 of bulk earthworks, 12,567m3 of engineered fill, and 760m of timber retaining walls up to 5.9m high. Infrastructure includes 4,700m of three-waters networks and 6,180m2 of internal road paving.
