Works Description
Significant earthworks and environmental remediation were undertaken, including the management of arsenic-elevated topsoil. Works included the placement of a geotechnically engineered gravel raft with 13,007m2 of Bidim A29 geotextile, and installation of extensive three-waters infrastructure including an E-One quad pump chamber.
Contamination Remediation
Careful excavation, segregation, and stockpiling of 14,437m2 of arsenic-affected topsoil for safe reuse.
Engineered Gravel Raft
Construction of a stable foundation using 13,007m2 of geotextile, 12,004m2 of geogrid, and 4,848m3 of AP65 material.
Complex Three-Waters
Installation of over 950m of uPVC sewer mains, a quad pump chamber, and integrated stormwater soakage facilities.
