Hydro Grand Hotel Demolition

Works Description
We acted as head contractor for a high-profile large-scale demolition of a 3 storey hotel using 20 and 30 ton excavators with a zero harm approach. We conducted removal of debris, including hazardous materials and asbestos with specialised safety equipment. The project required extensive dust suppression, clear separation between civil zones and working equipment, plus a final levelling of site.
